Transport Racks |

Personal attention to your needs makes our custom built bread
transport racks something special. Designed to hold two pallets per
shelf, we currently produce a variety of 13 to 23 shelf models, built
with formed caster mounts, formed hat sections, corner post and 4
swivel casters. All of our transport racks are manufactured with the
highest quality construction and welding.
- Nesting Racks
Our nesting rack design sets us ahead of our competition. It features
heavy construction with proper gussets welded at critical stress points.
The design of our caster mounts gives us much more stability and strength.
It also allows us to lower the rack 1 1/8", which is crtical
to some applicators.

| Welded

- Each section is secured to the floor with special drive rivets.
- No welding on final installation.
- One aisle is left clear giving the driver easier access to
all
baked goods.

| Locking
Gates, Protection for Driver and Products |
| This gate is designed to lock either our three or
four aisle system in the route truck simultaneously. By lifting
the lock handle the gate will automatically move 6" to the
left, thus locking and protecting both the driver and the baked
goods. To unlock simply lift lock handle and manually slide gate
to the driver's side to the open position. All trays can now easily
removed. An optional warning system can be installed to alert drivers
to an open gate during operation. |
